Hi, I’m Pavan.
Growing up, I watched my dad run his own small business. He was great at what he did — but the behind-the-scenes work never stopped piling up. He always said that just a few hours of help a week would have freed him up to focus on what actually grew his business. That stayed with me.
After 15 years in corporate — working as a Customer Success Manager and Product Manager — I came back to that idea and built The Admin Desk. Not for big companies with full HR departments and operations teams. For owners like my dad. Hardworking people who don't need a full-time hire, just someone reliable in their corner, a few hours a week.

15 years in corporate taught me how to keep things organized, moving, and on track — even when things get messy. I've worked with bootstrapped startups where thinking on your feet wasn't optional, and with established corporations where the power of good process made everything run smoother.
